Graham Clarke, P.Eng, RHI, ACI, NCH
Graham graduated from the University of Toronto in 1989 with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, and became a Professional Engineer in 1991. He has performed thousands of home inspections and was Vice President of Engineering at Carson Dunlop. He was also heavily involved with Carson Dunlop’s Home Inspection Training Program and was a contributing author to the Home Reference Book. Graham has been training home inspectors at Seneca College since 2001. Graham is a National Certificate Holder, a Registered
Home Inspector, an ASHI Certified Inspector and a CAHPI New Construction Inspector. Graham is currently the CAHPI National President and also a Past President of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors. Graham is a regular speaker and trainer at conferences and seminars across North America on a variety of technical and business-related subjects. He is a recipient of the Stephen Greenford Award and was the founding chair of the National Certification Authority for home inspectors.
Mike performed 10,000+ inspections and successfully managed one of the largest multi-inspector firms across North America (which grossed almost $2 million dollars and experienced 40%+ growth the year before he resigned).
Mike began coaching home inspectors in 2004 through the Millionaire Inspector Community teaching home inspectors how to build their business while systematizing their marketing processes. He now coaches hundreds of inspectors.
Mike has served as President and Vice-President of the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors. He’s served on the Texas Real Estate Commission Inspector Committee for 6 years.

Jane Eustace, CIH, ROH, B.Sc.,
Jane Eustace is a Certified Industrial Hygienist, Registered Occupational Hygienist and member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), Canadian Registration Board of Occupational Hygienist (CRBOH), and the American Conference of Governmental Hygienists (ACGIH)
Jane holds a bachelor’s of science in the field of behavioural neuroscience from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from the College of the North Atlantic. Protecting worker health since 2008, Jane’s primary work experience includes controlling worker exposure to toxic chemical and physical agents, including the development of assessment strategies, performance of sampling, determination of effective control methods and program development. Jane is also an experienced health and safety professional and training instructor.
Alden E Gibson, RHI, ACI, NCH
Alden is the lead Inspector of Inspections by Gibson. Alden has been inspecting since 1992 and has been very active in OAHI and ASHI. He taught the home inspection course at Conestoga College for 14 years. He is a facilitator for several of the Ontario Building Code Courses and OAHI Defect Recognition Course. Alden has published articles in the ASHI Reporter and The Canadian Home Inspector. He is one of the founding members of CARST (Canadian Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists). He is WETT certified and a Level 1 Thermographer.
Bryck Guibor, ACI
Over 40 years as a home and building inspector and owner of a multi-inspector home inspection company in Arizona. Bryck provides expert legal witness for homeowners and sellers and is also a licensed residential general contractor. Bryck has held several executive positions on the ASHI Board of Directors including ASHI President 1996-1998 and remains active with ASHI sitting on several committees. Bryck has authored the HIT manual for Home Inspector Training and Brick by Bryck Home Inspector Training CD. He is host of a local weekly TV show, The House Doctor. Bryck has lectured groups, including Appraisers, Realtors, and Home Inspectors, instructed test-taking classes to home inspectors, and trained hundreds of home inspectors from across the United States and provided parallel inspections as required by State of Arizona.
John the is Director of Reporting Services at Carson Dunlop & Associates and member of the Home Inspection community since 2000. With more than 17 years experience working in the Inspection industry John’s background includes Software programming, IT management, Business and Sales development. John has led the HORIZON team at Carson Dunlop since 2005 and worked with thousands of Home Inspectors. He is dedicated to helping business owners grow by streamlining processes and providing ‘the most professional reporting software in the industry’. John has made hundreds of presentations specializing in ‘bridging the gap’ between complicated practices and simple solutions.

Robert J. Miller, PTech
Robert Miller is a graduate of the College of the North Atlantic Architectural Engineering Technology program and is completing the Memorial University of Newfoundland Bachelor of Technology program in his spare time. He is the founder of RJ Miller Building Professionals and provides inspection, design, and consulting services, for residential and commercial buildings. He is dedicated to promoting good building practices, safe and affordable housing, and protecting consumers. He is an enthusiast photographer focused on landscape and portrait arts, but is known to capture the occasional whale or street scene, and hosts a modest online gallery to fund is obsession. He accepts a small number of photo assignments
for special occasions.

Born in Sydney, Australia and lives in Quakers Hill NSW, Australia.Howard Ryan is a Licensed Builder now for over 45 years. He’s passionate about helping other inspectors to excel. Howard holds a Certificate in Training & Assessment (AITT). He is still a practising inspector, specialising in new residential construction inspections, defect inspections, Mould and Asbestos ID, and DAP’s (dispute avoidance processes) and VCAT, NCAT and QCAT Tribunal, Local and District Court residential construction expert matters. He is also the founder of PPI Pre Purchase Inspectors Registry. Howard is an authority in forensic residential construction compliance and property inspections. His passion is supporting, assisting and mentoring builders, property inspectors and homeowners and being available for their journeys through difficult times and being consistent in the ability to brand the true purpose and performance of Housesafe Training and H&K Ryan & Associates; a family of Builders with sons trained in the art of getting it right. Howard is the Managing Director of Housesafe Training and H&K Ryan & Associates, a Speaker, Expert Witness and Founder of Australian Affiliation of Building Inspectors and World Affiliation of Building inspectors.
Kim Smith - Account Executive – HUB International
Kim began her insurance career in 2005, and now specializes in E&O, CGL designed specifically for the Home Inspection industry. Her primary focus, is managing the Home Inspect Plus Program. Kim travels regularly across Canada to educate Home Inspectors, including Students that are entering into the Industry, on insurance coverage’s and risk management solutions. As a panel member for the Licensing of the Home Inspectors in Ontario, and working with the CSA on the National Standard of Practice, she is called upon regularly for her expertise and consultation in the Home Inspection Industry. Mark Skorah, Q.C
Mark is Vancouver-born and raised and a graduate of the University of British Columbia Law School. As part of his articling he completed a clerkship in both the Supreme Court of British Columbia and with the Honourable Mr. Justice Seaton in the Court of Appeal in 1975. His practice has always been restricted to litigtion with a focus on professional malpractice defence, insurance and appellate cousel work. During his almost 40 years as a lawyer he has done numerous trials and appeals at every level of court including the Supreme Court of Canada. He is frequently retained to assist other counsel with their litigation. He also has extensive experience in mediation and alternative dispute resolution both as cousel and as a mediator. He joined Guild Yule LLP in the automn of 2006 after 11 years with Skorah Doyle.
Blaine Swan, ACI
After 20 + years as a licensed oil burner mechanic / heating contractor Blaine was called to the HI profession and joined CAHPI in 2002. Blaine earned the National Certificate Holder, RHI and ASHI ACI designations. He became involved in the association, serving as CAHPI Atlantic’s VP, President (5 years) and subsequently as Past President and then CAHPI National as a Director, Treasurer, Vice President and subsequently as President (4 years). Blaine was also involved in the National Certification Program, he served as TIPR examiner, regional examiner and interim Chief Examiner. Blaine became an ASHI member in 2010 and faciliated CAHPI Atlantic to become a chapter in ASHI. Currently Blaine is serving as CORE representative and on the ASHI Board of Directors. In 2015 Blaine immigrated to Columbus OHIO to take on the role of grandfather and be closer to family. Blaine currently operates True Pro Home Inspections and serves as the VP of OHIO ASHI.
Extracurricular activities include: Committee member of both ASHI and CAHPI SoPs, Subject matter expert at the NHIE, Ontario Ministry of Consumer Affairs HI licensing panel, CSA A770 panel and currently serves as chair of the Joint Chapter Legislature Committee formed by the three ASHI chapters in Ohio for licensing.
Richard Weldon, P.Eng., LEED AP
Richard has a degree in mechanical engineering and has been with Carson Dunlop since 1987. He received his Professional Engineer designation in 1989 and Consulting Engineer designation in 1995. In 1997, Richard became a partner Carson Dunlop Weldon & Associates Ltd (CDW). CDW specializes in Property Condition Assessments and Energy Audits of commercial properties and condominium Reserve Fund Studies. CDW also provides commercial inspection training to public and private groups across North America. Richard has served in various capacities with the Association of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), including Regional Councillor and Councillor-at-Large.
